Introduction
Before you place an order, please read the following Terms and Conditions in full. By placing an order with House of Dhaga and making payment you have agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
Images
We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
Prices
The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.

Our support team will be delighted to help you place an order, advise you on the range of merchandise we offer on our website and help you with queries about payment. Our support team are available from 9am to 5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. Please email them at support@houseofdhaga.com

Product availability/Information
If items that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If you are agreeable to wait for items ordered to be back in stock, we will require payment in advance to confirm order and will email when items are available and ready for dispatch.
Please Note: In the event of order cancellation after artwork approval, a £10 fee will be retained (covering the artwork creation setup cost), and the remaining order value will be processed accordingly.
If no design approval confirmation within two working days then we will embroider the design without approval.
We STRONGLY advice you provide your mobile number with your order so it is easy for us to contact you if any confirmation is required.
Disclaimer for Punjabi spelling
If you want the name spelt in a specific way then you must provide that spelling to us. We will not replace a product unless there is an obvious spelling mistake in the Punjabi. We will not replace a product if you spell a name differently to how we have spelt it unless we have made a clear mistake and it does not phonetically sound as the name you have given. We will contact you via email address provided with a mock-up image for you to approve before we proceed with your order. If no approval confirmation within two working days

All designs must not be modified, reproduced, displayed, linked to, distributed or used otherwise for any public or commercial purpose without the written consent from Addesh Samra. The information available on this site, including design, text, images and the content within, is copyrighted and any unauthorized use of these materials may violate copyright, trademark or other laws.
UK Delivery Information
Orders are posted on weekdays only (bank holidays are excluded). You will receive an email once your order has been posted.
We do not provide a next day delivery service.

Free UK delivery for orders over £70
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of products you have purchased from House of Dhaga, if your order is delayed, we will notify you immediately. Delivery timeframes will vary during busy postal periods.
Worldwide delivery
Deliveries outside the UK from £19.95
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of products you have purchased from House of Dhaga, if your order is delayed, we’ll notify you immediately. Delivery timeframes will vary during busy postal periods.
If we are unable to deliver your goods to you within 30 days, we will contact you and organise an alternative or offer you a refund. We are not liable for any loss caused by late delivery.
Please Note: Customs regulations can vary from country to country and frequently change, sometimes causing delays to orders and occasionally incurring additional charges. All additional charges are to be paid by the recipient.
All our deliveries UK and Worldwide are signed for, please ensure that someone is available at the address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us because the courier could not deliver your parcel or because you did not arrange to collect your order from their offices, you will be required to pay an additional shipping/admin charge before we can resend your items.
If you have initially supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you will also be required to pay a second postage charge.
Returns
Whilst we take the upmost care in ensuring that items are packed and delivered to you correctly and in good condition, we appreciate that mistakes can happen.
We only accept returns on items that are faulty or order is incorrect and this must be communicated with us within 48 hours on receipt of delivery.
Package the merchandise securely to prevent damage, enclosing returns note. Return delivery is to be paid for by you and the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For peace of mind, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery and retain the receipt until you have received credit for your return. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. In cases where we do refund return postage, we will only refund the cost of standard Royal Mail registered post. If you choose to use any enhanced return option, such as Special Delivery, this will be at your expense. Returns are sent at your risk.
All items re-sent to correct an order will not incur a secondary delivery charge. Once confirmation of faulty item or incorrect item has been accepted by House of Dhaga, refund of return postage will be made (proof of postage cost is required). Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
We can only accept items as returns that are in their original packaging that have not been worn.
Personalised made to order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Privacy
Our priority for you as our customer is to maintain the privacy of the information you have supplied us with at all time.
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is secure. Any information provided is only used by House of Dhage.
